I'm Beth, and I know exactly how it feels to sit in that seat you're in now. The feeling of frustration and stagnation can be overwhelming. I reached a point where I couldn't take it any longer. It was time to break free from the haze and take over the driver's seat of my own life. The journey was undeniably worth it but wasn't always easy and was often lonely.   

Along the way, I discovered 2 things.

 

1. The process of self-discovery and empowerment always starts in the same place. 

2. I don't want anyone to have to go through it alone.
